Please review the following issues for instructions on how to fix

1. Unable to hear or speak in the room:
Right-click on your Username in the list of conference attendees, so that the following drop-down box displays...then click on SETTINGS.

You will now see a Flash Player display like the one below...click on the MICROPHONE icon and then the small dropdown which will show whether you have more than one Sound Card option...select the one below the 'default' and the close the display box. Also check that the RECORD VOLUME slider is shown at the far right, otherwise move the slider with your left-mouse. This should fix any audio issues.

2. Video Sending
You can send video to all attendees by doing the following. Select one of the available 10 video display boxes by clicking on the SEND AUDIO/VIDEO arrow. Your video should stream in a few seconds plus your Username will display on the the top left of the panel. You can also adjust the sound level of that particular user by moving the slider to the left or right. You can MUTE/UNMUTE an individual user's VIDEO and or AUDIO by clicking on the 'video camera' or 'Microphone' icons on the panel.

3. Video Zoom

For a larger view of any user's video feed just click on the MAGNIFYING GLASS icon on the left corner of the panel.

4. Video Issues

If you have any problem sending video (you should see your own feed in the chosen video panel), just right-click in the video panel and select the Web Cam icon, then the Camera drop-down display and if more than one camera option is available, select an alternative to the default one and see if that fixes the problem. Repeat if more than two choices.

4. Page Push

To operate 'Page Push' all you need to do is click on the TEXT CHAT button and you'll see the SEND URL button appear. Type your URL in the box and make sure to include the http:// at the start or it will not work. Click on SEND URL and a NEW browser window will open for everyone. Please make sure that you have been invited by a MODERATOR before using this feature.
